Have you heard the big news – Violet Wild is turning 3 on April 30, 2024! Since we first opened our doors, the support from our Chemainus community has been nothing short of amazing, fueling our passion to create a welcoming space where everyone can express themselves freely and passionately. At Violet Wild, Stay Wild is more than a motto; it’s a reminder to live authentically, celebrate each person’s unique self, and look out for and support one another. This isn’t just something we say – it’s what we live by, day in and day out.
From the beginning, our goal has always been to become an integral part of the Chemainus community, not just as a business, but as active friends, neighbours, and members of the community. Over the last three years, our involvement in local sports teams, cultural events, and charitable organizations has strengthened our connection to this wonderful place we call home. Looking back, we’re grateful for every way we’ve been able to join in on what makes Chemainus so special. From supporting our local athletes at the Cowichan Valley Soccer Association and cheering on the players at the Mt. Brenton Men’s Amateur Golf Tournament to supporting the Chemainus Harvest House Food Bank, getting involved with the Chemainus Valley Museum, celebrating our veterans with the Chemainus Legion, and joining the Chemainus Mural Society and Chemainus District Chamber of Commerce, we love giving back to the place that’s given us so much.
Our hearts are full of gratitude for the partnerships we’ve forged and the support we’ve received. It’s your support that has allowed us to grow and continue serving the community we love so much. We’re excited about the future and are eager to explore new ways to collaborate and give back. We believe that together, we can continue to make a positive impact, supporting local causes and providing a welcoming space for everyone to Stay Wild.
