Due to our commitment to compliance with the British Columbia Liquor and Cannabis Distribution Branch all sales are considered final with the following exceptions:
- Defective Products: this includes defective accessories and cannabis products that are not fit for consumption
In the event that a product is deemed defective, customers have 14-days from the date of purchase to return unused products or accessories and must provide the original packaging and receipt. Please note that a refund cannot be processed without the original packaging and proof of purchase.
